Description:
*Interviewing prospective clients
* New membership enrollment
* Highly organized with proficient time management skills
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to have intellectual conversations with professionals
* Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license & auto insurance
* Must have home office (fax, copier, internet connection)
Compensation:
* Commission is paid per enrollment (up to $120 per sale)
* Self generated leads will earn a higher amount
Requirements candidate will possess:
* College education is preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Involvement in the community a plus
* Self motivated, take charge attitude
* Positive, outgoing personality
* Strong interpersonal relationship skills required

Charleston Tele Sales Membership Representative
This position will be responsible for generating member enrollments by calling prospective singles and showing them how It's Just Lunch can meet their dating needs. All contact is made via phone. This position will then set appointments with our Field Sales Reps that are ready to meet them for a face to face personal interview.
Responsibilities:
* Prospecting over the phone
* Outbound calls to warm leads
* Booking appointments for local field reps
* Achieve Sales goals
* Renew memberships
Key Requirements:
* College education is preferred
* Able to communicate membership information
* Self motivated, take charge attitude
* Cheerful and upbeat phone voice
* Call Center, telemarketing or recruiting experience a plus!
Compensation: Base + commission = $ 40 - 55k (commission is uncapped!)
